Studio 26 Mandy

Had my birthday/graduation party here a couple of years ago and I can say she is so sketchy. She deducted from the deposit I was supposed to get back because we left her workout tires outside when yet she said it was fine we do so. As I’m writing this review I see her tire outside on a day she is closed (added a pic). I have videos of where we are sweeping and mopping this floor after my party and let me also say… the floor was disgusting and full of dirt. She had also just got the floors redone too so there shouldn’t be black dirt like that. But supposedly we left the place dirty so she deducted for that too. Oh and I almost forgot she deducted more from the deposit because we were apparently smoking in the studio. Not a single person at my party was smoking or vaping especially with young kids in the same area. She just wanted her money.. I don’t recommend booking an event with her. Also not part of this rating but if you notice.. she left her own studio two 5 star ratings. Mandy I pray you get your act together.

Possible illegal subletting leased unit to host loud parties until 3am. This lady is a nuisance in every sense of the word. Repeatedly asked for her to turn down her booming music backed up to a residential easement to no avail. I've tried everything I can to get this lady to consider others, like the ones that have to live here and deal with drunk parties in a zumba studio at 3-4am. The only thing that I can ascertain is that she just doesn't care about anyone but herself. As a business owner she is about as bad as it gets. Blocks off the entire parking lot to do outdoor zumba with other businesses nearby, Plays extremely bass heavy music at all hours, and makes everyone else in the vacinity listen to her yelling at people in a parking lot. Garbage business
