I would give more stars if I could!! BP Performance has completely surpassed any expectations I had for the facility. My son started with the youth one on one training and almost immediately the physical changes started to show. In addition, to my surprise, his confidence and discipline both soared after a short time with BP Performance. To see him grow as he has cannot be matched by others, and trust me, I have tried different youth facilities in the DFW area. Additionally, I started working out with one of the trainers. Life had gotten in the way of me making time for myself and my health was not where I wanted it to be. I started personal training sessions with Janell, and when I say it has been life changing, I really think that is an understatement. Not only have I lost weight and inches, I have gained muscle and feel like a new person. My overall health has improved and it is very noticeable. I would highly recommend BP Performance for youth training: one on one sessions, speed and agility sessions and camps, and even their youth football teams. Also, I cannot recommend enough the trainers, who do adult personal training and bootcamps, when I say life changing, it is the truth.

UPDATE: The response from BP performance said they rely on advanced appointment as a small business is such an excuse. Tye confirmed twice that we have a regular schedule as we got tired of texting every week to find a day/time for a training. It's troublesome and time consuming. Our advanced appointment is 5pm every Sunday. Also, if they respect advanced appointment, they should not try to change the appointment last minute. We made an advanced appointment on 1/17 with coach Emily who will be in town on 1/21. Our appontment was 11:30am on 1/21, confirmed in text by Tye. But at 7:47am on 1/21, Tye wanted to change the appintment to 1pm instead. We cannot make such change as we already had other plans. Tye agrued that Emily will be landed at 11:30am. If so, why didn't he tell us earlier?? Within 5 mins in text communication, Tye changed his story again, saying that actually nevermind, she can do 11:30am. So what was the whole intention of last min change?? Why can't Tye respect our advanced appointment?? Does it even make sense?? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This place is going downhill. My child has Tye as the trainer and he is our day to day contact. We have set a regular training session every Sunday this school year. We told Tye in text at the beginning of the school year that this is a regular schedule, meaning, we do not want the trouble of confirming the session every week. We set a fixed day and time for our session. Unless we cancel due to sickness or emergency, our session is on. He confirmed the arrangement in text Communication is spotty with Tye this school year. He totally has 3 no shows in our sessions. When the first time happened, we called and texted him while waiting at the facility, he had no response. So we wasted our time driving there with no training. He appologized the next week. We accepted his appology as people sometimes made mistakes. But the 2nd time happened again around two weeks ago. He did not appologise this time. We were upset but I still confirm with him again in text that if we do not cancel, our session is on. He confirmed the arrangement. But then the last Sunday, he had the 3rd no show. As usaul, we called and texted him immediately and no response. No appology from him We feel like he has been very unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. So we requested a refund for the rest of the remaining sessions. He was not responsive as I keep requesting refund. The worse part is he is arrogant and tried to blame on other things but unwilling to admit his own mistake. He was argumentative in texts and never appologise. Apparantly, he deleted and edited several of the rude texts for playing the blame game. We do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a professional and respectful coach.

BP Performance is a rare place that combines top level programming for elite athletes and a fun, encouraging environment for kids. Our boys love it here. We are thankful to have found Ty and his team!

The professionalism is top tier, I love how inviting they are, the energy is always great, they are very encouraging and overall super nice people. The variety of service is something that really stood out to me, they have it all . One on one training, group classes, sport specific from youth to pro/elite training, yoga and more, how exciting ! But aside all of that, they really get down to business, and that’s always greatly appreciated.
