Rumble Boxing

The aqua bag is amazing! High energy, music, bag and bench workout. The room is dark inside, so if you like a fully lighted workout heads up. I thought it was amazing, so fun and definitely left feeling like I did some work! Staff and instructors are great, so friendly! Very communicative whenever I've needed to reach out for information.

I've been going to Rumble for almost 2 years now and I can absolutely say it has changed my life. I am excited to work out, not only because of the programs but the staff. It is a place of community and the workouts are never boring and always challenging. There never is a competitive vibe (except maybe hitting class count milestones!) and it is very inclusive.

Update! It's now been 9 months and I still LOVE Rumble! The workout keeps me on my toes, the music and vibe is hype, and the trainers are fun AND knowledgeable about what they're doing. Anthony is one of my favorites! I know I'm gonna get a good workout with how he pushes us, and I usually learn how to be better. I've been attending Rumble West Frisco since they opened in March. It is amazing and I love the people who work there. The instructors and front office staff are wonderful and so easy to work with. It's a great workout each time!

Not worth the money they took 5 classes and so I cancelled due to financial hardship and they continue to charge you even after you cancel your subscription they say it has to be at zero balance to me it’s nothing more than a scam… If you decide you don’t want to pay 174+25 & every month after regretting my subscription & my experience. they keep trying to charge your card daily and they don’t clearly explain how it all works so becareful & honestly just pay your Gym membership it’s WAY CHEAPER NOR DO YOU GET CAUGHT UP IN A BS CONTRACT THAT KEEPA CHARGING YOU MORE MONEY THAN THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I’m never coming back or referring others.

I absolutely love this place! The front desk staff is amazing and the coaches know how to kick your butt while keeping you in the right mindset! Shout out to Coach K for always bringing the energy to class! I highly recommend this to anyone (like myself) that has a hard time motivating themselves to get up and go to the gym!
