I just got married and my new husband was so excited for me to join him at his favorite gym. I went in alone to pick up my keypass and I had the warmest greeting from Tim who got me all set up with a gym tour, access pass, and he answered all of my questions. It was important to me that a gym be well-lit, clean and safe for times when I go alone. I found it to be all of those and also well equipped with everything I need to get started on my weight loss journey. Tim even followed with with a Welcome text and offerings for nutrition and training resources, if I needed it. I have enjoyed my first workout and look forward to future visits! Thanks Tim!

Highly recommended! Complete equipment. It has a shower. Very good gym. The owner is approachable. Love it here!

I love this gym, it’s never overcrowded and I feel like I fit right in. Tim is the sweetest and always so helpful. 10/10 recommend
