Absolutely love HOTWORX! The infrared heat + workout combo is a game-changer. I sweat more in 30 minutes than in an hour at a regular gym, and the results are amazing. The sessions are efficient, the staff is super friendly, and the facility is always clean. If you’re looking for a unique, effective way to work out, this is it!

I've been a member for a little over a year and love it. I don't understand the reviews complaining about the staff; the evening staff is great! They are very friendly and helpful, and they keep the studio clean!! My only grievance is with members who don't cancel a session if they can't attend, as I won't book the class if someone is already in there, knowing that some people prefer to be alone. I don't mind sharing the sauna with others as most people I have met have been friendly and respectful of the space.

Everyone is so nice! I always feel welcome and love working out here! The first day I walked in, I was so nervous I wouldn’t like it, but I love it! All the girls that work there are so sweet! Highly recommend!

I want to go to this place because it’s so convenient for me. It's near my house and workplace. The staff are not helpful in explaining, even though I told them I don't need the trial. I've already been with them before. I want to go straight for membership. Customer service is cruel and mean. I don't want to come back. I'll go back to the place I came from.
