StretchLab

Good people. Pricey, but worth it for me. I can now do things in life with much greater ease (like sitting on the floor in meditation, and simple things like putting on shoes and socks.) I'm a computer guy, so stretching is not in my daily life at all. Never knew how important stretching was until I did this. This is a great solution.

I loved it. The receptionist was awesome(I think her name is Lauren)made me feel like I would be back for sure. ANTONIO was the one that did an evaluation and he was awesome also.i am 81 this month and he moved muscles I didn't think could possibly stretch that far! I look forward to my next visit!

It was my first experience with the stretch lab. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly. I liked it better than a massage. Cad was absolutely amazing, he actually listened to me. The machine pinpointed my issues and it was on point. Cad was very informative explaining what he was doing while stretching me as he went. Really good experience! Didn't know how many directions I naturally guard my body from moving due to inflexibility, pain and discomfort. But with Cassandra's very able assistance, my body stretched, felt good and didn't hurt. Eight hours later, my body still feels more relaxed and more balanced. Plus I do not feel the little pains I normal have all over my body. Can't wait until next week. (Male, mid-60's)
