Love this gym and affordable personal training. This is my home and don't want to ever go anywhere else. Great warehouse style gym. People are friendly but get in there to work and leave. Shout out to Chase for being an amazing personal trainer! He pushes you hard but knows what he's doing and keeps you motivated!

I've been going to this gym for almost a year now and have found it to be a great experience. The staff are friendly, the members are welcoming, and it fosters a positive community atmosphere. The gym is very clean and well-maintained. Although it is smaller and doesn't have an extensive range of equipment, it provides everything you need for a solid workout. Even during the typically busy 5 o'clock rush hour, the gym remains manageable, allowing me to complete my workout without any issues. I truly enjoy this gym, and my only reason for canceling my membership is the lack of air conditioning. The gym is housed in a space resembling a garage, with large bay doors at both the front and back. As summer began and temperatures soared into the high 90s with increasing humidity, I noticed the owner consistently refused to close the bay doors and turn on the air conditioning. When I asked him about it, he simply replied that it was good to work up a sweat, so I continued to work out there. However, with the extreme heat in July becoming unbearable, I had to reconsider. This week, the temperature inside the gym reached 99 degrees, with a "feels like" temperature of 105. The bay doors were open, and it was just too much to handle, so I left. Having an intense workout in such heat is not just uncomfortable but outright dangerous, posing significant health risks. If the gym kept the doors closed and the air conditioning on during these extreme temperatures, I would have retained my membership. Exercising in such high heat and humidity is not only uncomfortable but also poses health risks, making it difficult to perform at your best.

Great gym and very well maintained. The environment is amazing, and you’ll never want to go anywhere else after going to this gym even just one time. Paul is an amazing guy and genuinely loves helping people get better at lifting and getting back into the gym.

Best gym I have ever been too. Paul is super helpful and inviting and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love the environment and how everyone just helps each other out. If you’re looking for a gym to go to, then this is the one.

Had a blast when I went on my day pass. Paul was super helpful even though he was with a client when I got there. Will definitely be back soon.
