Review is based on window break in at this location. Planet fitness should do better by adding more cameras or more lights. You can workout all you want but you should feel safe not having thieves break in. Other than that the gym is fine.

Smaller PF but it’s clean & Veronica was very polite & Leslie was awesome! This location is much better than one of the other Mesquite locations I was at last night! All the equipment is in working order, clean locker room & hot showers! The only down side was the choice of music, nothing but rap & the majority of the people in the place were 30-40+ years old, I heard more than one comment about it. I won’t have an issue coming back here next year.

My review is only 2 stars because one of the HydroMassage machines has been out of order for months and now the only one that work was working has been out of order for two weeks. In addition there is only one leg press and it’s always in high demand. I hope this gets fixed soon. Good service keeps high clientele

The front desk, lady that is there today at 4:20 PM is very rude. She didn’t help me at all fitness connection has been taking past due charges for the past four months $42 each month. I haven’t been to the gym when I log into my account I still have $57, they’re the ones who help me fitness membership yet they said it’s because I don’t have a primary account on file where they charge but somehow they have other cards of mine on file and charge me $43 month it’s crazy !!! She click and didn’t find a way to help me she only said to go to my home gym and cancel member membership

I am a black card member. At this location, it is not worth the money. 2 tanning beds, both level 1 beds. I did the stand-up tanning bed, and 3 bulbs were burned out. Other facilities have the beauty enchantment beds. This location has none. Floor of the tanning was both sticky and nasty. They had massage chairs; but I did not use them. Womans locker room was spacious; but it was a big waste of space. Restrooms in womans locker rooms were nasty with toilet paper all over the floor. They gym itself seemed mostly clean. This location is just good enough for a simple workout. Don't expect much here.
