24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been using 24 Hour Fitness for the past three years across various cities and states, and the chain often has a reputation for being less than clean and fairly basic. However, this branch truly exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean, with a wide variety of machines, weight racks, and benches available, ensuring I never had to wait long during my workout. The gym also has plenty of parking spaces, making it convenient to access even during peak hours. Although I didn’t use the spa facilities, they looked well-maintained from the outside. Overall, this location stood out as one of the better branches I’ve visited, offering a much more pleasant and organized experience.

I have never seen a gym in worse condition. The equipment is rusted, outdated, and barely functional. Half the machines either squeak, stick, or feel like they’re about to fall apart. The floors are grimy, and the dumbbells are covered in filth. But the worst part? The air conditioning units are BLACK with mold. Breathing in that air feels like a health hazard. The entire place smells like sweat and mildew, and clearly, no one cares about maintenance or hygiene. Don't even get me started on the locker room. Management obviously doesn’t invest a dime into cleaning or repairs. If you care about your health, find another gym—this place is a disaster.

It is convenient because it is close to home. Most of the staff is friendly, their are a few trainers and front people that day absolutely nothing going in or out and that's not very encouraging to keep going to this gym. Love that their is. Track upstairs, sauna, and finally, the steam room is working again. The upstairs weight area is ok. I'm not sure why they have my raised my price 3 times already if they will not fix the smith machine or the hack squat machine. If you are raising my prices, I'm sure everyone else's is going up also, so why not get new equipment. You have plenty of members to afford this. Please power wash the mens showers. There is mold looking stuff in all the shower stalls. Also, why are there no paper towel areas in the mens bathroom? The air dryers look gross and look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Over all ok gym and the gym community here is actually super friendly. 💯💪

The one on research isn't open 24 hours, the place is dirty they have a lot of stuff that has been broken for months. The pool is always dirty. We asked them when it was cleaned the guy said yesterday. The lane had hair and dead bugs in it. The locker room is dirty. There was a bad of cocaine on the ground. I told the front desk staff and they could careless. The. Even asked me to go get the bag for them so no one else would see it.

Their pricing is not transparent nor cohesive, they are not open 24/7 (not even close to 24/7), the facility is disgusting, it’s crowded, and machines take months to repair. However, the employees have always been nice. The business is very mismanaged; it’s sad because it has so much potential. I was offered vastly different monthly prices and initiation fees between my first visit and second visit, then was overcharged by 60 dollars after purchasing a year in full. The price is simply not fair for how little effort the management puts into the gym. Please, fix this place. Extend your hours. Clean and repair your machines. Fix your pricing. Before you end up with a lawsuit.
