I’ve been getting personal training at Heavy Mettle for almost two months and I’ve had phenomenal results in gaining strength and adding muscle. Matt has helped me with my nutrition and overall fitness plan. My personal trainer Kevin is pushing me every day to reach the goals I’ve set. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my results and highly recommend Heavy Mettle to anyone really serious about getting fit. They truly work with you and are very flexible with your workout schedule.

I've been going to Heavy Mettle Fitness for three months and I am very happy with the knowledge and experience I've gained so far with weight training. Emma is outstanding! I have a few health issues that she has always been able to creatively accommodate-- we never run out of modifications for my physical limitations. Emma is also just a lovely person which makes our time together fly by each session! Also appreciate Matt's responsiveness, and I like that payment is quick and easy. Great for my busy schedule.

Highly highly recommend Heavy Mettle Fitness to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Austin! I started working with Kevin a few months ago, and have nothing but great things to say about him and all the trainers. As someone who didn't know what to expect when it came to working with a trainer, I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and comfortable I felt. Everyone is super friendly, non-judgmental, and the one-on-one instruction has been helpful in learning proper form with all the movements. The team is also very accommodating in finding the best days/times that work for a busy schedule and put together workouts based on your goals. I appreciate how nothing is forced either. Whether you have no prior knowledge about fitness and need them to do all the guiding, or already have particular areas you want to focus on and need them to hone in on those. They will cater to whatever your needs/limitations are and offer a healthy amount of encouragement along the way! It has been worth every penny!!!

I am going on my third month of training at Heavy Mettle Fitness and I couldn’t recommend them more if you are looking to achieve your fitness goals. On my first visit I met Matt who helped set me up with a tailored fitness and nutrition plan as well as introducing me to my trainer Steven. I have seen great improvements in strength as well as body composition following their guidance both inside and out of the gym. So long as you are willing to put in the work on your end, they will be there to support and assist you every step of the way with their knowledge and experience. The gym itself is kept very clean and organized and you will never find yourself waiting on equipment during your training sessions.
