Great fitness facility for all types of athletes located in heart of honolulu. Very friendly and helpful staff with a wide variety of knowledge in nutrition, martial arts, and optimizing athletic performance. Love coming here.

Came in to check it out and was stoked to find this training center and sports nutrition company doing all the right things. Usually they only allow online sales but stoked me out and allowed me to grab my goods right then and there.

I ordered my supplements online and came down to ATH's new warehouse to pick up my goods! The staff is down to earth, let me check our their new facility, and test our their new POST Birthday Cake! So good! I'll be picking up my orders here from now on! Check it out.
