I went in to simply inquire about the silver sneakers program and was treated like an idiot. The middle aged woman that "assist" me came to the door and was like can we help you as if I were trespassing. Their doors are confusing and they are no help, a bald man at a desk watched me struggle. Basically not welcoming or ADA friendly, it's a small location anyway and they don't seem to care to grow membership, as knowledge and help are absent i don't care how close it is ill stay at crunch.

I came in for my first time to get a tour and Michelle was great - she gave me a quick and detailed tour. The facility is clean, well organized, and contains a variety of equipment.

Enjoy stopping by this gym, especially since it's right next to an industrial park. (Easy parking for truckers). It's very clean and has plenty of updated equipment.

Always clean. Not too big, but I has all that one needs to get a good workout. I like have free sweat towels everyday. I've been coming for seven years.
