Love this location much more than Fort Campbell! It’s a much smaller facility however most of the employees are super sweet and helpful. Today I witness a young lady (black shirt in my picture) stop and help an elderly man. You can tell they take their time to really get to know the customers. The equipment is always clean and the employees are constantly doing extra cleaning.

I am a proud member of such a versatile gym. I have been a member of planet fitness since I began driving in high school. About a year ago, I was affronted by a new employee at one of the PF’s in Clarksville. I had been going every night while caretaking for my sick grandmother. It was a relief to have the gym. The new employee shouted at me in hysterics, and continued even after I left without saying a word. He would continue after that point, still with me saying nothing. I eventually did leave a review. I needed to make sure I was safe and that I was not alone, like I was while taking care of my sick grandmother. I was told that I am now banned. I went to check with the manager of the Madison gym, she said I could go to that one. Now, months, maybe a year later, I stopped in. I was told I’m banned from Ft Campbell, Madison, and Hopkinsville. I told the manager in Jackson. She said that’s crazy. I am glad to not be part of a frankly racist franchise. I was told it’s because he is Chinese. That is racist and discriminatory. I deserve an apology. I am a person, too, and a paying one at that.
