Crunch Fitness - Clarksville

Not a bad place to work out definitely a lot better than planet fitness across the street. To me the biggest pet peeve of any gym is how clean are the bathrooms? This place somehow always seems to have the dirtiest bathrooms. Overall hygiene in a place where people sweat is important. I understand the attendants can’t constantly be going into the bathrooms and checking how they are but something needs to be done. There are days when I leave early from this place because I need to go number two and just looking at how dirty those toilets are I never want to go there i’m not sure if it’s just the guy’s restroom or not but I wish they would be slightly cleaner. That’s why I’m only giving it a three star. Other than that, not a bad place to workout.

Crunch has gone way down. The equipment is constantly broken and it is getting a bit upsetting. Sometimes machines will be down for weeks on end if not longer. Also the floor by the Dumbbells is all sorts of jacked up. The mat is pealing up and carrying dumbbells around it can be quite dangerous. I have nearly tripped several times and carrying 70-100 pound dumbbells could make that a disaster for certain. Also the bathrooms have been pretty gross as well. Memberships aren’t the most expensive but they certainly aren’t cheap either. Management needs to get this all squared up and in a timely manner. I will say the staff is usually very inviting so they bumped the rating up a star. So thank you to the kind staff. Please fix this equipment promptly.

Elijah Bishop is the best! He was super kind, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job, and his work speaks for itself. Honestly, people like Elijah are hard to find he goes above and beyond, and it shows. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s him. Can’t recommend him enough!

Very friendly service, tons of equipment, tanning beds, the hydro massage (amazing), and fun environment. Everything is clean and inviting!! They also have group classes, very cool. Can't wait to go more!!
