Great powerlifting and bodybuilding gym full of iron plates and legit competitors. Very reasonable pricing and constantly improving with new equipment and offerings like cold plunge and sauna. You know it’s good when the owner is getting after it in the gym everyday.

OIG is the realest, most authentic gym I have ever experienced let alone in the 6 years I’ve been in Clarksville, but the entirety of my lifting life and its only going up. From the smaller location to the new facility, the equipment, staff, owners, and other gym goers are the real deal. Vet owned, with endless resources, tools, and opportunities to make the changes you are looking for. Owners are genuine people, just looking to provide the best for the community. Just be respectful to the gym, equipment, and people and you’ll have an awesome time here. I’ll miss my time here for sure.

I’ve been training here since 2021. Tried all the other gyms in Clarksville and nothing compares to the atmosphere in this gym. It’s a real strength-focused environment, where you’ll make friends and have everything you need to improve yourself physically.

The 24-hour gym itself is well-equipped, offering all the necessary tools for a thorough workout. However, the management could use significant improvement. The facility provides a contact number, but when attempting to cancel my membership, I encountered an unprofessional experience. After trying to reach out during business hours for nearly two weeks to avoid an upcoming charge, I was met with a rude response from the owner, who insisted that the only proper contact for cancellations was a personal phone number listed for after-hours communication. Despite leaving multiple voicemails on the facility line, I was charged for the next month. When I brought up my attempts to cancel, I was dismissed with an arrogant comment about not receiving any voicemails. The owner then suggested I should find them on other platforms and seemed surprised when I explained I don’t use social media due to personal and professional reasons. This lack of respect and understanding from the owner is concerning. The gym should strive to improve its communication and customer service, showing more appreciation for its community and fostering a more professional and considerate approach to member relations. RESPONSE EDIT: Thank you for your response to my recent review. However, I feel it is important to clarify several points that remain unresolved. First, regarding the contact information at the front desk, it was indeed visible on a sheet of paper on the counter, though printed in small font at the bottom of the page. It was located on the far right end of the counter and listed as an "after hours" contact above the owner's information. The issue is not that the information was not provided, but that it was overlooked and not adequately addressed during our interaction. As for the continued interaction with the owner, I want to stress that it was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional. I have documented proof of my attempts to reach your facility during business hours, and when I tried to explain the situation, the owner interrupted me in a defensive manner, repeatedly stating that he had never received any voicemails. He pointed to the contact sheet and insisted I look there instead of addressing my actual concerns. When I discussed avoiding the additional charges for the current month, he dismissed my point and focused on unrelated cancellation charges for the year contract agreement which I had already acknowledged and agreed with. Furthermore, the owner's response to my preference not to use social media was both condescending and irrelevant. Rather than respecting my communication preference, he chose to compare our professional backgrounds in a way that felt belittling. This type of response is not appropriate in a customer service context and only exacerbated the situation. I believe my concerns were not properly addressed, and the owner's behavior only reinforces the issues with professionalism and customer service that I originally raised. I hope this feedback provides a clearer picture of the interaction, and I trust that you will consider it as you review your approach to customer relations.

OUTSTANDING GYM! If you are looking for the perfect combination between a dark grungy hard core gym and a boujee facility that has all the state of the art equipment for strength training as well as recovery, then look no further! Giant turf area with sleds, yokes, sand bags, farmers carry handles, multiple squat racks with powerlifting specific attachments, cardio equipment, cables, bumper plates, cardio equipment, dumbbells that go up to 140 or 150 (idk HEAVY AF!) an entire room dedicated to combatives training with wall to wall wrestling mats, cold plunge, and did I mention 24 hr access?? The owner Chris is an awesome dude as well! Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!
