I pay way too much money for what I get. I’m not sure why they keep hiring people who don’t know how to be professional, mannerly and nice to their people… And then, as far as the gym… nothing special for what the price you pay. I don’t know about you, but when I’m spending my harder money, I would at least like to feel welcome.

There household memberships are too expensive . It’s awesome that kids can come here and distract themselves for a couple of hours , definitely way better than them being out on the street somewhere . . . But 90 a month ? I don’t see how this helps the community at all . It’s really greedy , then they have workers in there that don’t even say hello when you walk in , if you going to be making your community poor at least educate your employees to be more welcoming to every and anyone especially those who paying . Cussing around small children smh . Ghetto .

I spend half money lose for my daughters volleyball. I don't believe a young coach bully and not doing her job to teaching. They just playing round. And don't waste your money to spend girls to volleyball.... My daughters don't learn anything from volleyball coach since 5 weeks is wasted!!!! They are too busy chatting and play with their phone. SMH and i talked and email to YMCA and she never respond or anything! Seems they don't care! And my daughter asked coach why u teaching not for chatting she said I DONT CARE. Not acceptable attitude...

Don’t owe membership money even one day past due. They will terminate you with no call or option for solutions to work With you. We been donating for years and barely use the membership. They claim to be for the community and a non profit that supports all communities but it’s all lies. You pay your money and nothings ever updated in the facility. I know there are more than me that donated.
