I've been going to Keys 2 Fitness for almost 6 years now, and I can honestly say that I love going to the gym! Keys 2 Fitness provides a supportive environment to help all their clients achieve their goals. It is great for both the long-time gym goer and the person just getting into fitness. The trainers are very skilled at providing effective and enjoyable workouts for all levels. Since it's a small gym, you get to know the trainers and the other clients well, which just adds to the positive environment.

I’ve never been so comfortable before in a gym. The Keys 2 Fitness staff has been welcoming since day 1. They power you through your good days and encourage you through your bad, when you don’t feel like giving it 100%. I highly recommended this gym to anyone who is looking to change up their workouts and try something new. The added personal training bonus, holds you accountable. Thanks to all my trainers for kicking my butt :)

I’ve been a member at K2F for over a year now and I love it! I’ve never experienced such a fun & friendly gym atmosphere! The trainers genuinely care about you and your progress and always come up with creative ways to make working out fun. The daily bootcamps offered provide a great workout and help me keep a manageable gym schedule. Check out Keys2Fitness because you won’t regret it!

I LOVE Keys 2 Fitness! I've been a member for over 2 years and never felt better! Along with challenging training sessions with Sam, Brian, and Fernando, I also appreciate being able to add on boot camp classes to cover all muscle groups each week and still have time for yoga on my own time. Scheduling is very flexible, and you'll get out of it what you're willing to put into it! The trainers and members are all very friendly and family-oriented which I've never felt before at any other gym. I would recommend Keys to anyone looking for a fresh start!

I have had personal training from other larger gyms, and I have always felt that the trainers were not truly invested in your workout. At Keys 2 Fitness, it is evident that the personal trainers are truly invested in your well-being, and they really push you to work hard and do your best. I train with Nikki, who is super motivating and fun! She keeps me on track and focused on my workout, and is always giving me pointers to correct my form, as well as gives me feedback on my times and progress. She is patient, and really works with me to ensure that I have a successful workout. I have also had positive interactions with Bryan and Sam - two other trainers at the gym, who are also clearly dedicated to seeing you succeed! The boot camps are great workouts to do in addition to your training sessions, and unlike other classes I've been to at other gyms. They involve many different strength training exercises, as well as high intensity training, and you're constantly moving so you don't get bored. It's really a great feeling to be surrounded by people who motivate you to keep going, even when you don't feel like you have anything left!
