Gameday Athletics

Is your son or daughter looking for that extra edge to up their game? Then this is the place for them. Small group, entire team…they take care of you. Coach Rock worked with my 10U ice hockey team and the kids were hooked. Still at an age where they have yet to understand the physical gains from Gameday training, coach Rockne took the time to explain to my players why the exercises were important for improvement on the ice. I’m also a chiropractic patient for 3+ years and can’t wait to jump in a cold plunge after one of my men’s league ice hockey games. Give them a try and you’ll be hooked!!!

Signed my sons up, age 10 and 7. They love it! They’ve enjoyed working with coach Mike- he is knowledgeable and great with the kids. A point to note is that he creates and encourages a workout using proper body mechanics and safety. This is a great compliment to any involved kid in sports!

I’ve been coming here for the Training like an Athlete program (TLA) and it has been a wonder experience. Coach Mike is such a wonderful instructor who builds his program towards your needs. He tries to get to know his students at a personal level which makes the class much better and more fun
