Be & Breathe

Great for all levels, setting a high standard for what a yoga studio should feel like. I drive a significant distance out of my way to come here. Welcoming, inclusive, and genuine. Wide variety of kind & experienced teachers. No ego here; everyone will feel comfortable. The facility is top notch; clean, bright, private changing areas, showers, and the best heat you’ll find in the area. The heat is evenly distributed; no need to find “the good spot” like other studios. Generous trial rate and fair/accessible pricing options. I only wish they had 75 min flows in the evening and/or early enough in the morning to attend before work (8:00 & 9:30am classes are too late for a work day).

The first time I went to Be & Breathe I was fairly inexperienced in yoga, but excited to learn. Now, I feel like I’m part of a family and it’s almost always the highlight of my week. I 100% encourage anyone considering trying yoga or anyone thinking about getting back into yoga to give Be & Breathe a visit. The prices are fair, the studio is always clean and beautiful, and the instructors are wonderful.

There's a different vibe at B&B and you feel it right away when you walk in. The owner, Julie, is not only super friendly and an amazing teacher but she is also interested in learning more about each person she meets. I was so nervous about going back to yoga after my surgery but she talked to me and reassured me that she would make sure it was a great experience. I started with the $21 for 21 days and after my first visit realized that I would be coming back long after the 21 days were over. Love the beautiful, clean, bright space and everyone who works there is incredible!

Great yoga studio nestled in an unassuming strip mall! Studio is bright and the ambient heat in the classroom felt amazing. The class was a familiar Baptiste style flow. The teacher was clearly knowledgeable and I loved the cadence of the practice. Best part... showers! Every yoga studio should have a shower. Great place to enjoy a practice on your way to work... or out for the night.

Found this place a couple of weeks ago and I love it!!! It’s a 3 minute walk from my apartment which makes it even better. Love that almost all classes are hot. The members and teachers are really friendly and welcoming. Hope they add more 6 AM classes.
