I come here for a weekly massage. The environment is always welcoming and friendly. Amanda is an excellent LMT and is always able to work my knots out so that I can move again without pain. Highly recommended.

My wife Suz gets a massage weekly for her migraines. The massages make a huge difference. Amanda and her team are terrific. She has also done personal training and yoga with river run. These are excellent also. I have had massages with Amanda and her team. They are well trained and professional. I recommend their services.

I have attended weight lifting with Amanda and Lynea- they are both knowledgeable and skilled, kind and compassionate. I have attended yoga with Amanda and Lisa- the experience is always tranquil. I have had a massage with Amanda- also a nice experience. Fair prices, good hours, and nice people!

I go to both the yoga and weight training. The staff and my fellow classmates are all so supportive . I love going . Having the structure of twice weekly classes and the instruction of the teachers inspires me to be mindful of healthy habits thur the week . Make the time to drop in to a class and see for yourself.
