I love Charmaine's ZumBa class. She's the best in all the town! Also, the facility is always clean and l appreciate that!

Amazing instructors and group fitness classes! The women here are welcoming and there is a great sense of community.

Very small. It's a good place if your just starting out but I like lifting weights and there none here and only 5 weight machines.
