The BEST. They are unlike any other place you will find. Their knowledge is astounding, and they will absolutely help you (or your child) learn how to use your body in the most efficient way possible. Josh is fantastic. He doesn't waste time, but he's patient and remains incredibly calm no matter how many times he has to repeat something. If he feels something isn't "clicking" he will adjust his approach so that it can be better understood. He's also direct and straightforward, which I really appreciate. His feedback is realistic and honest, but always said with kindness and encouragement. In addition, Josh has also spent time talking to my son about life in general, staying healthy, the importance of a strong work ethic, and has continually made it crystal clear that school always has to come first. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to learn, regardless of age or current level of ability! You will not be disappointed!

5/5. Attended here when I was up and coming though my years of playing. I now having my son training here with Josh. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You will get the full, unbiased advice and all the proper training needed. Great place to hone your skills at the highest level.

Would absolutely not recommend. Josh did not even introduce himself when we arrived 10 mins early, asked "what we were there for" and not only displayed negative facial expressions during the session, tried to animate what he wanted my son to do vs talking to him. He said he needs a lot of help and negatively shared how bad my son was in front of him. My son is 11. Prior to the appt, I had a great discussion with another guy who responded to my expectation that we just want him to enjoy playing intramural baseball and get at least 1/2 hits in the whole season! My son didn't play baseball his whole life and lacks skills in all areas, but loves the game. Thats why we were there! If they couldn't work with him, we expected them to say just that in a professional, respectful manner. All humans deserve to be greeted with a "hello" and the trainer should have introduced himself. My husband never knew his name! I called back to express our disappointment and feedback and although the guy who answered (not Josh) apologized, he began to be condescending and seemed to make excuses for Josh's behavior. Like "he's had a long day of training" and what not. No accountability and overall unacceptable customer service. I would not send your child here unless they are at baseline level and don't expect to build a rapport from the trainer. We will never go back nor recommend.

My son started with Josh and Sam when he was 9yrs old. He is now going on 13 and has developed into a monster of a hitter as well as gaining mph on his pitching, and his exit velocity for his age is out of this world. These guys have the skill and knowledge to help your kid grow into the player they want to be. They are also very friendly and know more about developing kids then any organization we've been through. They are about development not winning. I couldn't say anything more than this is a top notch facility with top notch coaching and a genius level of knowledge of the game.

Great folks, teaching baseball and life. My son spent 8+ years there and developed a terrific appreciation and love of baseball. They teach sound fundamentals and the right way to play the game. And it’s the kind of game where the fundamentals will take you as far as your skills and desire allow. First class operation.
