The facility is very nice and would be perfect for an intimate yoga class. The massage was very good and relaxing. My only issue is that I got a 45 minute massage that cost the same as an hour. Most therapists do a $1/hour. I may not be correct here. I would recommend this place.

I loved finding a place where you could get a session of infrared saunas right here in Warren county. I was greeted by Courtney, a very knowledgeable and friendly person who is passionate about health and wellness. What a great example she is. I enjoyed sitting in the infrared sauna knowing the benefits would help detox me. This sauna is different than the traditional saunas I was used to and far more beneficial. It was such a relaxing 30 minutes and I even sat in there and read my scripture/devotions for the day! Take the time and do something beneficial for yourself this week!

I discovered this local gem recently. Being somewhat new to the area, I must have walked a thousand times past it, and never looked up . Thanks to Courtney and Kelly for supporting the Armed Forces, I was invited in for a veterans gathering. This location is huge! Loved the atmosphere, decor, and the people. Highly recommended you stop in, even if it is just to learned a bit of what they do.

Fantastic atmosphere! All the employees are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I go here once a month for a couples massage, it's very relaxing and well worth our time and money.

Beautiful hidden treasure of Warren County! If you are looking for a natural way to get healthy from the inside out, this is the place to be! Great customer service, atmosphere and schedule flexibility!
