CrossFit U-Town

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great programing and coaching. The community of this box is incredible. Everyone from coaches to athletes encourages and cheers each other on. Everyone is friendly and welcoming from the moment you get there to the moment you leave. The owner Jayson is couldn’t be a better person. He genuinely care about everyone and their fitness journey. Whether you’re dropping into class or signing up for class he wants to help you do and be your best self. I look forward to dropping into class whenever I come to town.

The community of this gym is incredible. From the moment I stepped foot in CF U-Town my fellow classmates were cheering me on and genuinely conversing with me. Jayson is the owner and he could not be a better person. He and his colleagues were very knowledgable, encouraging, and professional. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be going back to CF U-Town.

Life changing!! That is what Crossfit is. I had a -10 fitness level and the coaches put together a plan and I am gaining strength and mobility every day. I cannot express how wonderful I feel.

Went to this Crossfit with a bunch of friends who all Crossfit. We were visiting a spa from out of town. We could not of had a better experience!!! The owner and coaching staff were amazing with their time. The owner of the gym accommodated our group by scheduling a special class just for us. He wrote a WOD that was challenging and fun for a Saturday afternoon for a bunch of women on a weekend getaway. Their community came out and cheered us on!!! It was really a great morning. They did all of this while one of their own was fighting the fight of her life, cancer...we are grateful for the morning we spent at Crossfit U, we will never forget the generosity of the community and the spirit of the group we worked with.

This place is great everyone was very nice and helpful ! Had a good workout started out saying I won’t be back because it was kicking my butt. By the end I was like hey I can do this! Glad they have a day when non- members can try it out , we will definitely be back!
