Berks County Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We just hosted my son's 7th birthday party here and let me tell you, this was the BEST venue I've hosted a birthday party at yet! Jose and Alex gave a fun and informative introductory crash course into Jiu Jitsu that was enjoyed by all the kids there. They offered playtime on the mats after pizza and cake and were helpful during the entire process. If I could give more stars I would!

Great first couple of weeks at the gym! The morning crew has great group of guys. Clean mats, knowledgeable and approachable instructors.

I was in town in Reading, PA for work and was in hopes of finding a good BJJ academy to train at while in town. Quickly found BCBJJ and what a treat this place was. Great instructors and members - super friendly and welcoming, very inviting, and super hard nosed folks who want to put in work (in the best way). Went to both gi and no gi classes on separate nights and had an absolute blast. Super appreciative to step into a gym with no ego, no shortage of training partners, and a group who just plain and simple gets after it. Thanks for a great time and I look forward to my next Reading trip to get to train here again.

My brother got me hooked on bjj and ever since I started here it’s been phenomenal , the people and the environment makes this place an amazing gym. So I have not had a single bad day nor time here, amazing spot definitely recommend.

Berks County BJJ is not only great place to start your martial arts journey, but it is also a welcoming environment to sharpen your existing skills and excel to the next level. The individuals at Berks County BJJ welcomed me into the room and immediately started challenging me to push myself to the next level. There is great class availability and Jose and Erik are always willing to help explain something or give insight. There is also a new kickboxing and strength program that is sure to push you even further. If I didn’t move out of the area I would still be visiting 3-4 times a week. Oh and brand new mats just got installed! Definitely check it out.
