Dude I’m staying at this gym for life…. Atmosphere: Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. You can tell because there is great camaraderie amongst the staff and those training. Results: I’ve been here 2 or 3 months and feel so much stronger than when I started (or ever). If you show up and work hard there is no way you don’t see results. Modifications: I’m young but have had a few injuries that can give me trouble. Doc is awesome at modifying things and correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself and still get a killer workout. Flexible schedule: hours are amazing! People even bring their kids! Just show up!!! You’ll be glad you did!!!

I first tried Doc Strong Fitness during a 6-week Fall challenge. I cannot say enough great things about Doc Strong Fitness and Doc's training style. I saw results in the first few weeks. I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to join. He has a bad shoulder, bad back, and bad knees. He didn't think he would be able to workout, but Doc knew exactly how to train him while protecting his knees, back, and shoulder. He has not only lost weight, but has gained strength in his legs helping his knees tremendously. We both highly recommend Doc Strong Fitness for all fitness levels.

Doc Strong Fitness has been life changing for our entire family. My husband began there when he was having long term knee issues. The doctor recommended surgery and a friend recommended that he try working with Doc. Doc worked on strengthening his knee and he avoided the surgery. It has been an ongoing process. He then jumped into and won his first six week challenge. Under Doc's program he lost 29 pounds with increased muscle mass and a drastically reduced body fat percentile. After the challenge, I jumped in with both feet and began joining him at the gym for 5 days a week training. I too have experienced tremendous results all around. Our son plays football and is a catcher for baseball. Working with Doc has given him the confidence he needs to be successful on the field and off. Working with Doc has instilled amazing confidence and has provided life lessons that transcends the baseball and football fields. Working with Doc isn't just going to a gym - it is adopting a way of life. You become part of the Doc Strong Family - the best thing we ever did!!

I can’t say enough great things about Doc Strong Fitness. I came in for a 2 week trial and stayed for the amazing coaches, support, and motivation. I started seeing results within the first 3 weeks. Everyone here, staff and members are so welcoming and encouraging.The instructors are beyond awesome - they always look out for you, are always motivating, and make themselves available to help you meet and stay focused on your goals. I highly reccomend for anyone who is wanting to step up their routine and see serious results. Lisa T.

I think I started working consistently with Doc Strong in December of 2018. While I hold a B.A. in Exercise Physiology, I wasn't able to push myself, try new things, or get out of the fitness ruts I had created for myself. The training he creates for me includes exercises I would never have added on my own! For example, on "Chest Day" I was suddenly doing incline push ups, decline push ups, walking push ups; I was doing free weight exercises I had never enjoyed before. And there was a lot I couldn't do at first! But now, after going consistently, I can do those exercises that I used to struggle with, and I look forward to them! When I started with Doc I also had hip, back, and carpal tunnel pain, probably due to weakness in some muscles that forced other muscles to overwork. Now my muscle strength is more even, which alleviates my pain and allows me to function better. I have appreciated being able to just show up to the gym and have someone else do the thinking for me...all I have to do is the work! It's a great environment, a whole-family fitness operation, and very encouraging! You will work hard, and because of the work you put in you will see results. And no one is working harder right now during the pandemic to make workouts available online, especially with the 30 day challenge coming up! If you combine training with Doc with a couple of classes next door at FIT Southampton, you will have hit the fitness training jackpot!
