Attended a YCA cheer competition here. Very nicely designed facility with tons to do. Full gym, Olympic size pool, climbing wall and workout equipment to name a few. Very nice overhead walking track above the gym also.

Don't waste your money on a membership at the arc gym. Their hours are inconvenient for working professionals and they lack enough weight racks to complete a workout efficiently.

Great place especially for a workout or exercise Plus it is open to the public The memberships aren't a bad price either

It's really nice and clean lots to do the front desk people were extremely nice and they are quick with getting back to you highly recommend

Very nice facility. Went there to watch SRU volleyball scrimmage with Westminster.
