Emerald Dragon Karate

Back in 1999 I started here, but only for a year, as I had just graduated and moved out. At the the time I felt partying and hanging out with my friends out was more important. So I did not renew my membership. Skip forward 15 years, (give or take) and not only did I want to come back, but I also singed my son up and we have been here ever since. I feel this just shows what a great place this is to learn martial arts, to want to continue my journey and receive my black belt so many years later, but to also start my son's journey to black belt and beyond. Thank you to Sir, Ma'am and to everyone who has help make that possible.

Emerald Dragon is the best thing that has happened to my family. Both of my children have been going for a little over a year now. They have built so much confidence. They feel like they are a part of a wonderful family. The instructors are amazing, they are truly there to help you achieve your goals. Grandmaster Kates is absolutely where he should be, he truly cares for each and every person that walks in Emerald Dragon and he encourages you to be the best you, you can be. Being a part of this amazing family has changed my family forever. We are truly Blessed to be a part of Emerald Dragon Karate!!

EDK is an absolutely wonderful studio. I love how my son grew in confidence as he excelled in belt ranks. The well-loved and knowledgeable instructors have a knack of developing discipline without kids even knowing because the kids are having so much fun. They also hosted a memorable birthday party for my son's eighth. Special events this week include a safety course with a police officer, and water gun day!

My son has been attending for about 7 months now & Everyone is so friendly. The atmosphere is great, such good vibes here! He looks forward to every class and can’t wait to go back!

Hey, one of the Black Belts from this school. Absolutely love it here! All the staff is fun and friendly, they take teaching here seriously, you'll learn a ton about the Martial Arts and yourself! They'll push you to be the best Martial Artist/Individual you can be. Emerald Dragon has many classes to offer for all ages. They have the Little Dragons for young kids, Tigers for teens, and the Adults/Black Belt classes. If you feel like you need some kind of motivation or just need a place to have a little fun and workout this is the place for you! Emerald Dragon will treat you like family as soon as you step into the door. If I wouldn't have moved I'd still be going to this day!
