Krissy is very dedicated to working with , helping and supporting women . The connection she makes with everyone she meets is so rewarding . I believe that all women need to attend her seminars, workshops snd classes so they can build their confidence snd inner strength !

I absolutely love coming to my classes because it means that we can talk about things, have fun, and learn. It’s easy to feel welcomed. I definitely look forward to learning about self defence and kickboxing every week
