Love this gym! I am so glad I started! After an auto accident I pretty much became idle because everything hurt. Then I finally made the decision to go back to working out. Stack'd was the best decision ever. The coaches are amazing, each class is different so you are never doing the same thing over and over. The best part is, they work with you and modify things based in your needs. Hands down best gym I have ever been to!

I've been attending Stack'd Boxing with Coach Dave for a little over 2 months and it's been a great experience! The workouts have a good amount of variation so I don't get bored, but enough consistency that I feel like I'm confidently learning proper form and execution. Coach Dave provides great instruction and motivation to give your best effort. I've felt welcome and comfortable, yet challenged, since my first class! No experience or equipment necessary to give it a try!

I have been participating in the boxing/kickboxing classes for a few months now and it has been fantastic. Coach Dave brings positivity and energy to every class and he’s a fantastic instructor. You can tell that he has spent many years honing his craft (boxing). If you are looking for a great workout while still experiencing a structured boxing program, I can’t recommend it enough.

I love this gym!! Jatoya and Erica have created a fun place to workout and play. The variety here is fantastic. It's more than just Cardio and bodyweight work. Coach Dave runs the boxing, Which is excellent Cardio, great skill building and we'll be sparring, too. He sets the program for your pace and is encouraging and exceedingly knowledgeable about boxing. Jatoya runs the bungee classes which are just pure fun. No skills required as she and Jean teach you from the bottom up. HIIT works are mixed with weightlifting, strength building, conditioning, and Cardio. I love that I don't have to think about the workouts. They're fun, challenging and always able to be modified to your skill/ ability. If you wonder if you should join, I would urge you check it out. All the coaches are fun and knowledgeable. The workouts have variety and are well put together. But the best part is the community!! The clients and coaches have a great time together and encourage each other. You won't find a more welcoming and friendly gym. ALL are welcome!!! Excited to add that there's so many different classes that I forgot to name them including zumba, dance (TurnUp), yoga. I've loved expanding my repertoire! It just adds to the variety and enjoyment!! Yes, enjoyment to exercise!!

If you are looking for a judge-free environment filled with motivation and encouragement from every trainer and peer, this is your place! Stack'd and it's dedicated staff - has helped transform my thought on fitness and inner strength more than they could ever know. I encourage everyone to take a class with each trainer, as you get something different from each, all while maintaining the integrity of their mission.
