I'm thrilled with the experience my kids have had at United Sports Academy! The instructors demonstrate amazing skills and they create fun sessions that my kids love. The facilities are amazing, especially for someone looking for trampoline and tumbling or ninja classes for their kids! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fantastic gymnastics experience!

This place is the best!!! My girls love going to USA and look forward to the Friday night open gym! It’s a fun and safe place for them to get out extra energy. The coaches and staff are always so friendly & welcoming. My daughter just completed the March backhand spring clinic, she loved every moment of it! Highly recommend!!!

We recently had my daughter’s birthday party here, and it was not a very good experience. I had my daughter’s party here last year and it was great, so she was really looking forward to having it here again this year because of that fun experience. From the minute we walked in the door the two young girls that were working, acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there. The one girl just straight out said to me as we walked in the door that the party room is upstairs and pointed. I said I know thanks. I had my daughter’s party here last year. She said oh, and just walked back into the gym and that was it. Not a hello or happy birthday to my daughter or anything. I didn’t see them again until we were all done setting up upstairs and we finally went downstairs and people started coming to the party. The kids were just standing around so I started telling the kids to get on the mat and possibly start on the obstacle course since the workers weren’t doing anything or giving any direction and then one of the young girls working the party says we’re not starting yet until everybody is here! I said well, it’s already the party time. I can’t help what time people come or if they show up late or maybe some kids are even sick? After about 10 minutes of everyone standing around awkwardly not knowing what to do, they finally decided to start and split the kids into two groups. There ended up being 14 kids in total from ages 10 to 12. They took them around to different areas and had them do the same repetitive things for 15 to 20 minutes at a time before switching to something else and the kids would get pretty bored quickly, and would end up sitting down and waiting until they could finally switch to something else. This might work for younger kids, but being that they were older kids, they were getting very bored quickly and wanted to try to do a little of everything, but weren’t aloud to. While on the two small double trampolines for a while, the teen girl that was with my daughter’s group, made a comment that my daughter was going up too many times, and that she should be giving others a turn when most of the kids in her group were sitting down at this point and no longer wanted to do it, so that was the reason why she kept getting back up to do it. Plus, it was her birthday party. My daughter informed me after the party that this teen girl also kept cursing. At last year’s party, the two young men that ran the party did an amazing job and took them around to everything to show them what they’d be doing and then allowed them to go around and pick whatever they wanted to do, so my daughter was hoping that it would be like this again, but it was not and just very different. Also, last year they allowed them to take a large group photo in the foam pit, and they were also allowed to jump in it off of the trampolines. This year the pit was completely covered and they weren’t allowed in. My daughter did not like that she didn’t get to spend time with any of her other friends that she invited to her party since they were split up from the beginning and separated. Last year everybody got to choose what they wanted to do for the hour they were in there and she got to spend time with everybody. Then, after the party was over, we were walking up and down the steps trying to pack everything into our car and apparently we weren’t going quick enough because the teen girls just wanted to hurry up and leave. They ended up turning all the lights off and were locking the gym door as we were still bringing things down and putting them in the car. I ended up having to climb the stairs in the dark to go up and get the last few things and our coats that were still hanging with the flashlight on on my phone and I was very frustrated at this point. When I got downstairs, I said to the both of them why would you shut the lights off while we were still trying to get everything? They both just looked at us and didn’t say a word so we just left. On the way home my daughter was telling me how disappointed she was with this year‘s party.. we wont be back
