Scranton Pilates

Pilates has quickly become something I look forward to every week. I went in without much knowledge and was very nervous about keeping up with the class. Ayla was so welcoming and always makes sure to be very clear in her instruction. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door for my first class. I love the atmosphere and small class size, and I can already feel a difference in my body. I would recommend Scranton Pilates to anyone without hesitation!

Scranton Pilates provides an up upscale exercise experience, combining beauty and refinement. Ayla curated an ideal environment to practice a mindful and dancer-like approach to Pilates training. Her presentation and instruction is clean, clear, and easy to follow. After each session I feel more confident and connected to my body which leaves me wanting more. I highly recommend Scranton Pilates.
