After years of searching, I finally found my yoga instructor and community. Vicki is a present and thoughtful teacher who ensures each class is educational, functional, mindful and meets each individuals goals for their practice that day. With gentle prompts throughout the class, Vicki ensures that students are mindful and present in their own practice and bodies to enable the best experience. The community is friendly, welcoming and kind. And the location is idealic for a mini retreat of the mind for all to connect to themselves in practice.

I have been doing yoga for about 10 years now, and have been taking classes with Vicki for most of them. She takes time at the beginning of each class to ask how we are all feeling and focuses on what we feel is most needed for the group that day. Whether it's an in person session or virtual, she guides us through the flows so clearly that I can keep my eyes closed and focus on the breath and movements together which is such an important part of the practice. The studio is the perfect space in a setting with open views to beautiful nature surrounding. Vicki brings joy and fun to all of her classes and I look forward to each session!

I started Vicki’s Yoga Program in my High School ASD classroom this year. It’s going PHENOMENEL! Some of my students enjoy the movement and others prefer the relaxation time. All enjoy this without help from the staff, building my students’ independence. It is a true 30 minutes of zen for all. Vicki’s training of the program was easy to follow and the program is easy to implement. I am so thankful to have this in my classroom.

Vicki is a wonderful teacher and great source of perspective. As a distance runner I was looking to relieve pain and tightness during and after runs. With Vicki’s support, I developed a balanced movement plan making my runs more comfortable and my recovery faster. Beyond the physical, yoga helps me manage my stress. My thinking is clearer and I feel a sense of fulfillment.

Vicki is the best! Her extensive knowledge and friendly demeaner make this a great studio for any level. I attend her gentle yoga class each week and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Classes sizes are small and the studio is beautiful.
