Sean is great to work with and always ready to help you with your workout. It is very laid back and it is a gym that makes you feel comfortable while working out. The gym has a nice mix of machines and free weights.

Great people, easy to work with, gym has everything you need for a weight lifter. If you want to cancel it's no hassle they are really understanding unlike other gyms I've had experience with.

Anytime is my home away from home. Great owner and friendly staff. The gym is clean and the atmosphere is down to earth. You leave feeling good!

Participated in a 10 session small group class. Sean's workouts were dynamic and challenging. He customized exercises for all abilities and provided corrections as needed. Every workout was different and engaging, some days were more cardio-based and others more strength-based, good variety of exercises. I will definitely sign up for groups offered in the future. Thank you!
