I could say a billion things, but to keep it short I was able to learn real jiu jitsu from Cathryn and Aj Discianni. Both incredible coaches and friends. For new Asgard.

Too many great things to say about this place. The owners/instructors accomplishments are unmatched in this area. They have mastered the fine balance of welcoming any and all skill levels. If you are nervous about trying martial arts, this is your gym. If you trained and took some time off, this is your gym. My time is extremely limited due to my busy schedule and I still find time to make it because I consider it a gift to have New Asgard this close by. Don’t miss out.

The place to be! I cannot say enough about the owners Cat and AJ. They are absolutely elite coaches, competitors, and humans. High quality training, community, and support. Highly recommend trying this place out! Great striking and grappling.

Good weightlifting facility and a team+coaching staff I consider family. Martial arts classes are super ahead of their game and cared for. Wrestling class in specific is absolutely stellar. Don't go here if you hate good vibes.
