I’m so happy that I discovered DASH! I’ve been doing 1-2 workouts a week for the past month and I felt stronger from day 1. All the instructors are amazing and will push you to be the best you that you can be! I’ve taken the most classes with Jenny, and love how much passion she brings to class. The studio is clean, and the instructors will remember your name after your first visit….. and hold you accountable to your goals!

Absolutely love Dash! I have mostly been into the training camp classes. Love the high intensity workout, and ALWAYS leave feeling like I got a great workout in within an hour. Highly recommend if you haven’t gone, the whole team is so supportive, alongside all of the classmates that cheer you on because it’s not easy!!! See what it’s all about! You will love it!

I’m so thankful I was introduced to DASH fitness studio by a friend. I was hooked from the first class. Each instructor truly cares about your goals and pushes you in the best way. Not only do you get a killer workout, but you gain a community of friends and family that encourage and support you in every class. There are classes for everyone and each instructor provides personalized modifications as needed. I have learned so much about myself and what my body can do because of DASH. You will always leave feeling challenged and the best version of yourself. I cannot recommend this studio enough!!!

I love Dash I've never been a gym girl, but group fitness is incredibly rewarding and fun. From the instructors to the other clients at Dash you really get a feeling of community and family. It's awesome to go into a place and always be greeted by hellos and smiles. My personal favorite class is Rhythmic Spin with Michelle, she is funny/energetic and makes an hour seem like nothing. Her play list are always on point and her workouts are no joke. It's not just physical improvement it's mental improvement. It's going in feeling down or mad whatever it might be and coming out feeling strong, confident and amazing. It feels like its all left out there on the spin floor, priceless!!! Do yourself a favor and try Dash ..you will be hooked!!

When I joined DASH in 2019, it was the answer to all of my workout problems. The classes, the community, the location/schedule…it was exactly what I needed to finally get into a regular fitness routine. I felt welcomed, encouraged, and seen. Jenny continued to be supportive throughout the shutdown and I counted down the days until she reopened. DASH 2.0 is bigger and better. The coaches truly care, and while the workouts are challenging they are still fun (I actually started to like burpees??). I have never been as motivated to work out before joining DASH, worth every penny!
