Aja’s class this morning was awesome. Totally different from any others, very easy to follow instructions and challenging. I am definitely going to take another class from her.

I am in 84 classes of Pilates now and I can't express enough how much I love it! This workout has truly transformed my body and mind. Not only have I noticed significant improvements in my strength and flexibility, but my posture has also improved dramatically. Pilates sessions are a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. The mindful movements and focus on core strength have helped me develop a deeper connection with my body. I've also seen positive changes in my overall health and well-being. My energy levels are higher, and I feel more balanced and less stressed throughout the day. I highly recommend North Hills Pilates to anyone looking for a holistic approach to fitness. This is my 3rd actual class at Club Pilates and I'm new to this exercise. As a plus size woman, I've felt comfortable and welcome in the space. Classes are broken down into 3 levels and full of diverse ages and abilities. I've had class with 3 different instructors and Kristy has been my favorite instructor so far. Paige is also great! Because I am dependent on glasses, the minute I take them off and the lights dim I'm basically blind and dependent on the instructors' descriptions of the movements and breathing that I don't know yet on my own. Kristy's description of each movement was SO CLEAR and her movement back and forth was so regular I didn't even have to advocate for myself. What I appreciated the most was that as she was transitioning us from one movement to the next she called out modification options so that we could decide for ourselves what was most appropriate based on strength without having to call attention to weaknesses. I get super self-conscious. Paige was great at immediately showing me on the reformer next to me movements when I wasn't sure what she was talking about and explained I couldn't see. I only had to advocate once and she was at my side. When I was incapable of doing a core movement, she helped me adjust and refused to give up on me until I successfully got myself through the movement. Full transparency: After the first hour class I really didn't know how I was going to do this regularly. However, with each class, I'm seeing improvements in my strength and flexibility. You really do shut your brain off for an hour. The studio is clean. Classes are accessible. I'm impressed!

Tyler and Aja are my fave instructors! They make great use of all of the equipment and don’t take themselves too seriously! Club Pilates has been an amazing addition to my routine! In two months, I already feel the strengthening of my core / pelvic muscles!
