I founded and run Pittsburgh Girls Who Walk, and we LOVE Kickhouse. From offering us a kickboxing class to putting on a two-hour intensive private self-defense course for our gals, they do it all. The staff are kind, funny, so welcoming, and so informative , and every class is so in-depth. We will absolutely keep coming back for more!

I can't recommend Kickhouse Pittsburgh enough! The instructors are all incredibly kind and genuinely care about each and every member of the gym. They push you to your limits, making each workout intensive and effective. Not only are the workouts beneficial for your health, but you also get to learn self-defense skills at the same time. This gym is super welcoming and offers a very supportive environment. I can't imagine my life without it at this point! If you're on the fence about it, you should definitely give it a try!

I absolutely recommend taking classes at KickHouse for people looking to both workout and get some kickboxing moves. All the coaches are very helpful and the energy is amazing. They really try to foster a a good environment that’s very non stressful and non judgmental! I recommend it to everyone!!

I usually don’t go to gyms or classes because of my confidence but at kick house everyone was very open and welcoming as soon as I came in! I haven’t worked out in a long time and I’m Out of shape to say the least but the instructor stayed with my friend and I in the the back to make sure we where going at a pace we could handle and showed us all the right steps instead of throwing us into a routine we didn’t know. I loved the class and we will be back as regulars! Everyone was friendly and supportive, I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Kickhouse for a couple years now and it is my favorite way to exercise! The coaches do a great job keeping the energy up and the atmosphere positive. It’s easy to go at your own paces during class and there are always people with various skill/intensity levels every class.
