Co-founders Miriam & Sarah appear to be building something special at Mud & Lotus Yoga Center. I've recently had the opportunity to practice with Miriam, and she projects a welcoming, non-judgmental, and energetically spacious atmosphere. I promptly felt at ease and trustful of her care, embodied wisdom, and spirit of curious exploration. Thank you again, Miriam! The center's beautiful, interesting space is clearly a manifestation of the thoughtfulness and love at the heart of this budding community.

This space is so beautiful and welcoming. The atmosphere and community are encouraging, open and fun! You never know what to expect when going to a new studio, but Mud and Lotus felt like home after just a few minutes. Thank you Sarah and Miriam for creating such a fabulous studio space!!

So many diverse offerings! Prior to visiting this studio I had no idea there were so many different ways to practice. The fact that they offer workshops and weekend classes that are kid friendly do truly set them apart. Sarah and Miriam are easy to become fast friends with.

If you are a beginner, advanced practitioner, recovering from an injury, or just looking for mindfulness, this studio is the place for you. I have been practicing with Sarah for 1.5 years now and she is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the privilege of working with. Mud and Lotus is a safe space for everyone and I can’t wait to come more in the future.

This cozy, gorgeous studio is such a wonderful place to practice. I've found classes that support a wide range of skill and energy levels, from the uptempo Rhythm Flow to the nourishing Slow & Gentle, with Move & Melt being the perfect in-between. Rediscovering my yoga practice here this winter has been instrumental in maintaining my mental health during a challenging season of life. So grateful for this space!
