April and Mark made my first F45 experience fantastic! The class itself was so fun and a great workout! I’ve never done a class like this before and I loved it. I will definitely be back! They also have a sauna, ice plunge, and red light which is such a perk!

Great setup with knowledgeable and personable coaches. The new racks are outstanding! Beyond the workouts, they offer cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy—an unbeatable combination. Even when you don’t workout, you can recover. Or you can do both!

I love coming here. The coaches, particularly Meredith, are incredible. I get a much better workout in a class/group setting than I do working out on my own. This is a place that really does promote a friendly environment and I encourage anyone looking to make friends and/or get in shape to check this place out!

Omg I have been looking for a gym home for a while! F45 on Manyunk is amazing! Jonathan, Mark, Greg, Megan, and Meredith are awesome. Patient yet challenging. They set the bar high, ensure you understand the workouts and push you to keep going. My son is a certified trainer in NYC... He joined me for a class and gave the gym 2 thumbs up!

A GREAT workout. More intense than what I’m used. It’s a great balance between reasonable and intense. The coaches are great and very willing to accommodate to any needs you have. (This is coming from someone who never does cardio and lifts at my own pace)
