TMS yoga is a life changer! I have been taking classes with Tina for years, she is amazing! All levels of yoga are welcome at any class, from beginner to experienced, she will work with you. Take some time for what your mind and body need, try TMS yoga!

5 Stars for this excellent yoga instructor. She is very good at all levels of Yoga. From young kids to adults. She takes her time to make sure you have the right form. You will feel your body stretch & strengthen with every class. Please join us and start a healthy obsession with Yoga. You'll be hooked in no time & fell like a little kid before you know it. I'm over 50. Use to take me awhile to get up & get moving in the morning. Not anymore. I'm more flexible & have a higher energy level after a few classes. Thanks TMS Yoga !!!!

I had never done yoga till visiting TMS & was amazed at how much of a workout it is. Tina is a very well trained teacher who takes extra time to help beginners but can also step it up to challenge your abilities & impress you with things she can do, while teaching you that you can do them too! Get healthy & fit and have fun doing it with TMS!

My 3 year old daughter loved her kids yoga series with Miss Tina and still does the yoga poses she learned almost 6 months later. In the first class she was really scared and overwhelmed and Tina was fantastic with her. By the end of the series she had made such progress thanks to her wonderful teacher. I highly recommend TMS Yoga’s kids yoga program!

I have been practicing yoga with Tina for two years. She knows all of her students so well that she is able to tailor each class to our needs. Her class is the perfect combination of strength, deep breathing, stretching and relaxation.
