The staff is super friendly and personable, plenty of machines to use, location is perfect only a 2 minute walk from my house!

Staff is friendly and accommodating and the gym is clean. *some machines are squeaky and need tending to (for months, and management hasn’t acted) as well as the hydro lounge not working for MONTHS in the Black Card spa. IF OWNERSHIP OR MANAGEMENT is reading - please address this. We shouldn’t be paying a fee for services that aren’t available and please maintain equipment properly- it also helps avoid injury.

The staff is always polite and uplifting. The facility is always clean and kept in good working order. I feel respected and safe when I come to this facility.

At LEAST 2 of the 4 stair step machines are consistently broken. Half of the machines are falling apart and generally everything is decently dirty. They let kids come in here, that’s great, I love seeing our youth be physically fit and not on their phones. Oh wait. They sit on their phones on machines for an entire hour and act like complete fools disturbing other peoples workouts consistently and staff does nothing. Legitimately considering leaving.

I love having a PF right down the street from home! And I love that this location has some equipment that the larger, "freshly renovated" Downingtown location still doesn't have. I only wish it was 24/7 rather than 24/5, as on a Saturday or Sunday morning, there's a line out the door! I prefer to go early in the AM so that would be my only wish-list item. Other than that, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect!
