We had our daughters birthday party here , the aerial yoga party and it was awesome! All the kids loved it, bob and abbi were great. The set up at the party room was very cute. From booking the place to having the party there everything was smooth and perfect. Chris the owner is amazing too, the yoga studio is decorated so thoughtfully! Highly recommend it!

Awesome studio. My first class here was the fitness power hour with Michelle and it was a scorcher. Intense hour filled with core, cardio, AND strength with coaching and modifications as needed - good challenge and calorie burner. Really nice building, too, with lots of different workout rooms to provide variety, lovely front desk staff, parking, cubbies with a security camera to be safe, etc.

After a long drive to the school to do a class, I was told that I couldn't stay because it was an advanced class. I had called earlier in the day to be sure that everything was clear. They did nothing to compensate me for my wasted time and gas. Customer service is horrible. They only care about money. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star!
