We do not recommend this gym due to the owner being unprofessional and rude. She called me one day and immediately accused me of entering the gym without a membership. When I gave her my information, her response was ‘oh I didn’t recognize you on the camera’. No apology. Fast forward a few months, we asked to cancel our family membership. She demanded a written letter mailed with the keycards (which we paid for) and then charged us for another month of membership.

Only come here because of convenience. Most of the members that workout here are toddlers that have no concept of cleaning up and re-racking weights, sharing equipment and just basic gym etiquette. Occasionally see staff here vacuuming and cleaning with vinegar.

First off the gym is trash and it is way over priced, clearly no money goes into the gym. Not to mention the franchise owner/employees are rude and unhelpful.

Plenty of free weights to choose from. Plenty of cardio equipment to use. Clean and open 24-7. Sounds like it's 5 star worthy to me.

if there was a way to give this gym 0 stars i would. i have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks, from management at the club level to the corporate office. If you need to talk about opening a franchise you can get a hold of someone right away but if you need to speak to someone about a billing error there is no one to be found to help!!! cancelled my membership, going to a real gym now where you can speak to the ownership if needed and will continue to bash this company until someone corrects my billing error!!!
