Alternative Cure is a little piece of heaven here on earth. Meditation with Tammy was divine (I need some more of that.) The studio exudes charm & grace. Looking forward to all the new yoga & wellness classes being offered.

A quaint little studio in the center of Newfoundland that has many new yoga and meditation classes. The shop is filled with crystals and every handmade product you can imagine. Definitely worth a visit.

The instructors that I have met have all been well trained and personable and have done a wonderful job at creating a motivating and customized experience. The studio itself is charming and cleanly. Beautiful studio...a great place to capture the calm we all need from everyday life. This is a great place to learn and flourish in your spiritual journey and bond in fellowship with like minded individuals in the community. I especially am grateful for the free meditation for children, it gives a safe space for children to unplug from technology for a bit and be present. Thank you Alternative Cure for giving our community a much needed healthy healing outlet.

just the place the area needed! very aesthetically pleasing from the moment you walk in, and I don't know about you but that in itself makes me want to take a class! The ambiance of the studio welcomes you at every turn and I love how there is a little shop section in the foyer where you can buy local goodies and some really neat meditation tools! the classes leave me feeling balanced and refreshed! highly recommend alternative cure!
