Richie does a great job with the kids... has a fun personality that makes the practice fun for the kids even while they're working hard..and keeps parents laughing a bit at the same time. Solid instruction from a pro boxer with extensive ring experience, not just a fitness wannabe. Talks to the kids about ethics, anti-bullying, and the importance of good grades. My kid asks every day when he gets to go back. Highly recommended, worth the drive even if you have options closer to home.

Rich and his team are awesome with the kids. Not just teaching the boxing they teach respect and some life lessons. Always reminding the kids to do the best that they can. I couldn’t ask for better role models for my daughter. If you are interested in taking boxing Lessons HIGHLY recommend The Sanctuary Boxing Club!

It's more of family atmosphere than I would've ever imagined before joining. After almost a year of my kids and I training here, we have gained so much more than I can fit in a review. Mental toughness, better health, an outlet for stress and anxiety, a new skill set, but most of all a second home. This sport and this gym will have a lifelong impact on my family. Coach Rich is an extraordinary fighter, family man, and coach. He expects everyone to give their best while accommodating people of various levels of fitness together in a way that makes everyone comfortable. He has set such a welcoming tone in the gym that it has really taken on a life of its own. It's a safe environment to be vulnerable and earn major gains--mind, body, spirit. It definitely lives up to its name--Sanctuary.

"Pretty" Richie cantolina is the real deal. A pro boxer and coach. Coaches anyone that is interested in boxing. Has taught my son for about 7 months and he loves it. explains what he is doing wrong . Rich also teaches the kids life lessons of anti bulling and other skills. I highly recommend taking classes with the coaches of the sanctuary boxing club.

Rich is such a down to Earth, talented and welcoming coach. As someone who is not interested in actually fighting, but enjoys the boxing work out, I have been welcomed and challenged. I highly recommend any class at the Sanctuary
