Paul and his team are phenomenal. Such a blessing to have this level of performance training, testing and recovery here in our region. Athletes, young and older, and anybody wanting to get in and stay in peak health needs GRIT as part of a maintenance program. Anybody would reap the benefits of this place. You won’t regret it!

This place is the best!! It helps with super fast recovery and has multiple options. Cryotherapy is my favorite!

Paul has a lot of great stuff to offer , definitely worth your time to stop in and let him share what he has going on! The red light is my personal favorite , the mood boost and calming effect is almost instant. The cryo is awesome too!
