Planet Fitness

This is actually a really good planet fitness location. More spacious than a number of others I frequent and the free weights being right next to the isolation machine section is a huge plus.

Love this location. Large interior, friendly staff, great parking, clean upgraded interior. Visitors keep equipment clean and are respectful. Definitely recommend.

This gym is poorly maintained and inconsistently managed. I noticed a band-aid on the floor near the windows that stayed there for two months, showing a serious lack of cleanliness. The staff selectively enforce rules—some members are allowed to jump rope, while others are told they can’t. Additionally, some customers are scolded for taking up space while exercising, yet others are allowed to sit on benches charging their phones or walk around holding equipment while chatting. There is rarely any staff available in the mornings, and the cleaning stations are often out of paper towels. One employee, Linda, is particularly unprofessional; she spoke to me in a rude, condescending manner in front of other members. In addition, to address my concerns Linda encouraged me to cancel my membership even when I asked to speak with a manager. This made me feel undervalued as a customer and goes against Planet Fitness’s mission to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members. When I reported this to the manager, he claimed she was one of his best employees which is extremely concerning. Overall, the gym staff show clear favoritism, and the facility is not kept clean.

I normally go late night. The front desk people are not personable and cordial. No good evening/morning, enjoy your workout mentioning. The staff needs additional training about manners

Great location. Hours are good, staff is helpful and overall nice gym energy. Just wish hair dryers in locker room.
