An amazing space! So happy to have a place like this in the valley!!! I've attended: a float session, a yoga class, a guided meditation. For those who have never done a float before: (because this was my first time and didn't know what to expect!) There is a shower in the float room. Towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cotton swabs and ear plugs are provided. I recommend bringing a hairbrush or comb, and wearing comfortable clothes! There are chakra colored lights in the tank that cycle when you are inside. You can pick your music or sounds; I picked thunderstorms!

I had an incredible experience at Resonate! I have had a couple Reiki sessions with Chrissy, and her expertise and calming energy made it so relaxing and uplifting. I also tried out the float pod which was a unique and deeply soothing experience! The entire space is beautiful, and Chrissy is so knowledgeable on everything! If you’re looking for a place to recharge and focus on your well-being, I highly recommend checking out Resonate! 10/10 experience, and I will continue to book monthly appointments!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
