Great facility and program for parents of children with mental and emotional disabilities. I would recommend this service to any parent with children that are as such. As it says on the front, it really is great for not only creating in their minds a value for physical fitness but in helping these individuals learn to focus in their daily lives, harness their energy in a healthy way, and maybe even discover some hidden talents along the way! Instructors are skillful and very nice.
